The style used here is the way status tags used to appear on this site prior to being redesigned. You can still see this previous style in use on the mobile site.
It's an Easter egg, only activated on this chat server (chat.Meta.SE)
@Spevacus just start the message with [status-, and it with a ] and it will become status tag. Anything else will "break" it. e.g. try copy and paste this: [status-hello-Shadow]

@rene cleaned those about being off topic but I still don't understand what he means about monitoring so my first comment stands. Unless you do understand and can explain in better words?
Also, as something that cost (lots of?) money, I'd expect Enterprise will have its own support line, and those using it won't have to face Meta.

Non-ASCII characters are enabled in tags on a per-site basis. On most sites, they're disabled; no reason to have a [tag:résumé] tag and a resume tag.
On sites that host a large amount of non-English content, the setting is enabled.
It's also enabled on Stack Overflow, for reasons I cannot begi...
@ShadowKeepsSocialDistance I agreed with the last comment but I understand both sides. In theory [tag:status-🍵] and status-tea would be synonyms but that requires a lot more work with curation
oh agreed, I guess my point is that if you statically generate the emoji synonyms every time unicode does an update it's not as bad as it could otherwise be.
Biggest downside is that she will be, well... alone - my oldest daughter keeps ranting how hard it is to be the oldest, she's always blamed, she has to help, etc.... and she wish she would be the only child, but.... I know for sure it's good for her.
@Magisch Honestly... this is true up until a point. Sometimes I just get so frustrated with one of my siblings (usually the same one) that my fuse is short for everyone the entire day... or week.
The same thing I got when I fixed a critical bug in the newest version of our software.
The same brand of coffee we always get. The same people asking where the release notes are. The same people saying that a bug isn't fixed that IS fixed, they just didn't update their software.
One bug was in the following block of code. Took me precious 10 minutes to find it and few seconds to fix it. 10 points to the first who find also find it:

I want to enumerate numbers (between 1 to 10136 range) but so far, most tools and trick I tried would struggle after 109 numbers or so...

I just figured out why my unit tests weren't working. It took me about just as long as terdon's answer says enumerating those numbers would take though.
@rene I did ask, SEDE doesn't come with Enterprise, sadly. On-prem people can access the database directly but hosted Enterprise people can only get read-only backups?... This is... based on what I've been told but it probably means more to you than to me.
