@djsmiley2kindarkness The Netherlands, but it's not really a country thing... Even though social policing here is apparently more widespread then in other countries, not everyone cleans up after themselves on new year's day, or after that...
It can vary per street whether people clean up or not, of if they even bother to make a mess in the first place ;)

Also, it's possible that a certain feature may be in a previous build, but simply disabled, and then the change is "implemented" simply by enabling it.
