@SonictheAnonymousWizHog National Rail. It's their "fault" (well, actually it's whoever managed to knock two powerplants offline at the same time, but NR is responsible for infrastructure faults and that's what this is).
@Tinkeringbell No, I have family who are trying to get out west of London from up north... already spent 3 hours sitting still outside Peterborough, now spending another hour going nowhere not very far further south...
@Stormblessed currently graduation doesn't really have any negative effect (e.g. no privilege rep bump), but provides some bonus feature (e.g. migration paths, community ads)
That aside, low Q&A activity is not really a problem, low moderation is the dangerous threat.
