@SonictheWizardWerehog still, none says clearly "Low reputation does not cause directly any restriction", it's not trivial to conclude that it's the other way around, i.e. you start with restrictions, then they're lifted as you gain reputation.

Hard to explain, but I plan to post answer if the question won't be closed.

Also I can't and won't just remove pending close votes, as I told many times, using the hammer for that is abuse.

So I had a dispute with the moderators at a specific SE site. As a result, I got suspended there. As per SE guidelines, I pressed the "Contact us" button and wrote to the higher powers to appeal. That was 5-6 weeks ago. There was zero feedback, neither positive, nor negative, not even "it's in p...

So, what they didn't mention is that we don't bump questions when a post is undeleted, whether that's the question itself or an answer on the question. As such, the only time we have for y'all to review the edits before it gets undeleted eventually. While this may be slightly confusing for users under 10k, it's important oversight.
