if you also remove your comment (and any others you have on that page), that'll help

Or flag em and we'll take a look

once your name is off the page, search engines will naturally pick up on that and slowly drop it from indexes

Could be worse -there's a guy who, if you Google his name, comes up full if news articles of how he deleted all the servers in his company , or that was a hoax 😊
