Good day, I got linked here from meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/126829/… As I guess i got be the victim of a "downvoting fraud" could any one check that for me as I saw on the meta post?

@Zaibis purely based on the timing it looks like it. Don't worry about it though. Give it a day at least. By tomorrow it should have been reversed. As that post says, wait at least 24 hours.

@Zaibis Us regular users don't know the details (for obvious reasons) but I have seen such "minor" events reversed in past for me personally.

@Shog9 or anyone else: Is there a logical reason for this user to keep seeing the "How to Ask" page, even after having asked several questions? It seems to me that if he has been able to ask them before, he should simply not be presented with it again.... right?
