Here's what it does:

If you and I are friends on google services (for instance in Buzz) and I +1 a link, and you come across that link in your search results, you will see my +1

If five of your friends +1 that link, you'll see 5 +1s

Just nobody ever uses it

@YiJiang I can semi-reproduce your issue now. Given that Firefox has taken upon itself to use 650 MB of RAM with just that one chat tab open though, I have a slight feeling that they've just screwed things up. :P

Though again, normal scrolling works perfectly fine.

@jcolebrand Presumably you aren't switching between the rooms when someone @lerts you?

Though really I've been meaning to ask that we get an onbeforeunload for that case anyway.

Mobile version of plus needs work and is MAJOR personal security risk. I see my personal info, including stuff I NEVER uploaded anywhere and there's no obvious way to edit. (still can't find it) any possibility of guidance from the plus team?

Pissed at Google Plus for being revealing of personal data. When will web companies learn? DONT SHOW PERSONAL INFO unless there's a "permanently delete from out server" button handy.

@sathya - phone numbers, address. But, listen. I once set up a phone number to dial, pause and then dial again. The whole thing, pin,pauses and all are visible to me in google plus. I don't know if that's an oversight, but I want to know why the h**l they have that information.

That was on my iPhone, not even in a google app, just in the phone.
