Right, but this is easier.

Adding files in iTunes is easier then right clicking and clicking through multiple menus.

Here, you just tap twice and then you have an adjustable slider to set the place on your timeline.

Well it can handle remote control events.

I'm kind of going back and forth between two options.

I'm not sure how easy it is to grab that playlist time before changing tracks. That's the challenge here.

I got an answer on this question:

Simple: When the song changes, set a variable foo somewhere to the current time, and set another variable bar to the new song's current playback time (usually gonna be 0.0.) When the song changes again, subtract the value of foo from the current time, then add the value of bar; the result is the ...

I'd assume it would be. The player app is not perfect, but it'd take more than bookmarks to pull me away from it

There's an event that's fired after the song changes, but not before. That means that I have to calculate the time difference myself.

I listen to lots of podcasts. I switch back and forth between a limited set of my favorite podcasts, and whatever music I feel like at the moment. You have to click an awful lot to get back to the latest episode of the podcast I listen to 90% of the time

A favorite like "the ep of podcast X that I was listening to most recently". If that makes sense.

Someone asked on meta what the red text meant on a profile. Jeff explained this is no longer used, but now I'm wondering what the grey text means.
