He called my personal cell phone, which is not listed on any of my websites or my PayPal account, which is how he paid... How did he get my phone number without knowing my website?

The problem with reorganizing your iPhone apps, moving folders around, trying apps to remind yourself what they do, is that some random app will talk to you an hour later and scare the crap out of you.
