The best solution I found was using the Microsoft LINQ (a query language for objects) it works very well and quickly produces the right result.

The dropdown is what they use on the dev site to show different themes. Apparently it was accidentally deployed to meta, and as people change the theme with that dropdown it changes for everyone viewing meta
