Questions from IP addresses or accounts with a history of extremely poor questions will no longer be accepted. This is intended to weed out the worst quality questions.

I suggested a large programming forum should block India when the quality of questions dropped drastically almost 2 years ago. They didn't, now there are about 30 posts that need to be deleted for every 1 that is kept.

I can't even look through the "unanswered threads" there, as 99% of it will be garbage.
Technically speaking any country that doesn't have large number of non-native English speak will produce people looking for help without the ability to adequately communicate, but India has a huge population...
If you run a forum about media production/editing/conversion/etc your problem is China because there are so many software companies there trying to sell "[FORMAT] to [FORMAT] CONVERTER" software.

How much time (in hours/work-days) should it take to develop a website similar to http://customwritinghelp.co.uk (not this particular website but any website similar in size, technology, functionality etc). Estimate for development time only, not designing time when technology used is C#, Asp.Net...

As forthe captchas, recaptcha has a very noble purpose you guys, don't screw with their data ok? (besides that they have ways to weed out intentionally bad data)
