meta.stackexchange.com/q/399932/997587 is this not the same kind of thing we tell people not to do with "[SOLVED]"?

> Use this tag for questions about using React in the context of the the code editor and/or Stack Snippet. Do not use this tag on general programming question about React
seems reasonable

@MetaAndrewT. Look, reaction videos are popular on YouTube. Therefore, we need to capture the same audience in the Q&A sphere. You need to be able to signal that you're reacting to something else, like an announcement or just another Q&A. It's a strategy to increase engagement. /s

@JourneymanGeek But there is only one question with that tag (that isn’t closed).

That's probably the wrong thing to look at :D
Do other frameworks have snippet support and tags, and is the tag useful?

I don’t know; I don’t know what any of that is.
I like the idea of snippets, but I have never gotten one to work properly.
The main programming language I answer questions on doesn’t even have syntax highlighting.

@VLAZ I'll give you for that :p

I think they tried it on teams

no new pings here! going to sleep disappointed

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda ping

yay
wakes up fresh
using the ping to brush teeth
@MetaAndrewT. not anymore, totally not needed and too minor to ask, so just removed it.
Looks like it's used by snippets, but doesn't deserve by far a tag of its own.
@JourneymanGeek nah, not really. This way we should create thousands of new tags. Not needed, it's just part of Snippets, and can also use tag along with it, if there's issue with JS specific to snippets.

@Journeyman I just got an edit approved on Pets.SE — An edit that I proposed 5 weeks ago. Is this normal for edit approvals on Pets?

@ElementsInSpace yup, on any small/low traffic site.

8:00 AM
We're really slow :D

Nobody there really checking those queues.

Its ok to ping me to... expedite things for pets

o_O
pets @Journeyman
@JourneymanGeek and for SU as well?

naw
SU's in good hands :D

:(
cries over lost chance to have dedicated mod

8:02 AM
It rarely needs expediting

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda The Suggested Edits queue is my favourite queue.

@ElementsInSpace and I love chocolate! Ehm, I mean, each person has their favorite things in life. :-D
I used to roam the suggested edits queue as well, on SO and MSE, until the robo reviewers made it so crappy I stopped.
Totally junk edits were accepted, more and more, until I realized it's pointless to reject those.
(too many people review just to get badges, or to feel they do something and have their name appear in "moderation tasks", but they don't bother to spend time on it.)

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda It’s probably a good idea to flag bad reviewers, then they can get review banned.

@ElementsInSpace meh, couldn't be bothered for that, so just stopped reviewing myself, it lost the charm.
Think I did report a few, maybe one was even marked helpful, don't remember.

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda Just eat chocolate then. It’s probably better for you.

8:11 AM
@ElementsInSpace I do! :D

Actually going to do that now, second morning coffee at home is espresso, so must have something sweet along with it. ;)
@SmokeDetector tricky. This one is not spam, as the existing answers of that user, however they did spam in the past so probably better leave in blacklist for now.
So it's a "Skip".

Isn’t magneto a pokémon, or an X-man or something?
Oh, it says magento. What is that?

From X-men I think yeah
Magento is an open-source e-commerce platform written in PHP. Magento source code is distributed under Open Software License. Magento was acquired by Adobe Inc in May 2018 for $1.68 billion. More than 150,000 online stores have been created on the platform. The platform code has been downloaded more than 2.5 million times, and $155 billion worth of goods were sold through Magento-based systems in 2019. As of April 2021, Magento holds a 2.32% market share in global e-commerce platforms. Roy Rubin, the former CEO of Varien, sold a share of the company to eBay, which eventually completely acquired...
Magneto (; birth name: Max Eisenhardt; alias: Erik Lehnsherr and Magnus) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-writer Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in The X-Men #1 (cover-dated September 1963) as an adversary of the X-Men. Magneto is a powerful mutant, one of a fictional subspecies of humanity born with superhuman abilities, who has the ability to generate and control magnetic fields. Magneto regards mutants as evolutionarily superior to humans and rejects the possibility...

(I think Magneton is the pokémon)

Hmm, that all checks out.

What can I say, the word "Magnet" is very popular. It's very magnetting. :D

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda Magnificent pun.
