Is there any plan to have an indication on a question when a chat channel about it is opened?

Not at the moment; perhaps limit to comments for now - we can always add something later when we prove to Jeff that it is causing crazy ;p

@balpha, would it be possible to access the rejoin all feature via a querystring so it was bookmark-able?

@rchern no -- that would make it vulnerable to XSRF attacks. You can bookmark chat.meta.stackoverflow.com/chats/join/favorite, but you have to make a confirmation click for XSRF protection
