nothing more we can do at the moment. Most will be speculation, unless you're a mod, in which case you need to back-read the transcript of the TL but I'm told that is now 3 weeks, so you need a few hours ...
@rene ewwwww.... but really? You expect SE will respond to any of this? They'll delete all of those and won't say a word. They became pure evil, there's no doubt now.
I'll keep taking part on MSE and in chat just for the sake of the friends/people, kind of like what I used to do, but now SE is just another evil company, I happen to use their site, nothing more.
Mods are all saying there's a lot to unpack here. Give them a week to respond beyond Chipps' blurb
Ry went as far as to say "good riddance" from the resigners, so it's not trivial at all

That... seems like a strange reaction. If SE deletes our resignations, I'll eat my diamond hat.

This is not a simple or trivial issue, and it's certainly not as reductive as many moderators are publicly making it. The logs from TL alone -- before this went public -- could replace my copy of The Worm Ouroboros in length.
it is obvious there are multiple camps / sides to this whole issue but without having all of the info it is kind of hard to make a final judgement. I hope someone takes notes ...
@rene rare case where all the info isn't needed. Even if Monica did something wrong, kicking her out like that is evil and they can't possibly explain this or apologize for this.
It's not just a random user who got their post deleted by mistake after it was suspected as spam while it wasn't.
@rene (re: MSO room; sorry for the hijack) people started discussing the preferred pronoun policy (what they made of it) and the concept of gender identity in general. Despite Magisch' multiple requests to drop it most people didn't. You can imagine the outcome.
Frankly there's way too many concerning accounts of the events for this to be a misunderstanding. And frankly I don't expect a satisfactory response, if any (beyond Sara's mayhem)
