I think in previous years I didn't listen to what the doctor said and didn't give the first morning urine as requested, but better try and give them what they want.... lol

How about getting a sterile container from the lab beforehand and just pee when you need to pee and hand in the container?

Any idea is worthwhile, keep in mind it should be helpful for others too, with different situation e.g. one during important exam who can't go out for few hours. :)

@Fabby it answers the specfic example, but yeah... that's a nice idea. Though it will require me to go twice to the lab and lose twice work hours.

I'll try tomorrow to hold, and in case of failure will indeed do it, I guess. Unless getting better tricks. ;)

@ShadowWizard Another tip: stop drinking fluid now, go to the toilet before going to sleep, set an alarm in the middle of the night and go again ...

... that will make holding morning pee easier as it will be less.

Another crazy idea: have half a pee in the morning...

I still have a dual boot but the only thing I use Windows for is:

1. Updating Windows.

2. Changing the keyboard backlights as that's not in the kernel yet...

3. Using shit that doesn't work on Ubuntu (WebEx for job interviews mostly)
