@ShadowWizard well, the kind of interview that I prepared for, they didn't take that kind of interview. Which in turn means, that the kind of work I wanna do, they won't be having.
@TheLittleNaruto Did you see that MS postponed the 1809 release again, and pushed it by a year? MS doesn't seem like a good place to work when they can't even patch their own software xd
@DroidDev BTW if you're trying for MS-Android team, they don't ask any algo, they'll focus on Android internals, like how can you make asynctask on your own etc.

@ShadowWizard I care about privacy from 3rd parties. That's why I use three ad/tracker blockers, where one auto-blocks trackers the rest don't catch. The leaks are a big deal though, there's a lot of personal data out there
@Fabby oh. Well. Personally I do think the end justifies the means, on this one. If this helps put real criminals behind bars, go for it. Trouble is when you can't trust the FBI, and I don't think we reached this point. Yet.
After working for 8 months, today only I came to know, that we have a online library from where we can order a book for free and it'll get delivered to my workstation. :O
Couldn't use the NVIDIA GPU, so I needed a different package but that didn't work without the unofficial driver which every guide said needed bumblebee, but bumblebee was broken so I ended up removing it, but even after that when I managed to switch, it didn't work
@DroidDev Well we have to know the internal implementations of some API present in Android. you can check source code in googlesource. Also if possible , in your app make your own FileProvoder with custom URI, it'll help you to understand how does FileProviders work
@TheLittleNaruto that's true. If I make sample projects about anything, I'll learn about it. But, is there a site, just like we practice data structures, where we can go and practice various concepts of android
@Dro product based companies generally avoid using any open source because of few reasons: 1. They have to undergo a licence process of the open source used. 2. They can't rely on open source, because development of these may stop at any time, we never know.
That's why they see if in such case, the developer they are going to hire can come up with thier own set of library or not.
