@Pandya no need to post any question on MSE, the featured tag is moderator only so you can't use it anyway. And really shouldn't, it's not for bug reports or feature requests.

@Pandya of course... though I still don't get what you mean by scaling favicon. And I really doubt moderator will feature your question, your flag will probably just be declined.

So far as far as I can tell, only discussions started by SE employees, usually major change announcements, got featured tag on them.

@Pandya kind of, but as far as I know favicon must be 1:1 scale, e.g. 32x32 pixels. Still not sure why you want to start a meta discussion about it?
