@PraxisAshelin too much of confidence....umm....let me tell you an example, recently I worked with a ruby super-senior. The guy is coding since era of windows 95 and he had to sit till 6 am in morning on weekend. We worked whole weekend and in friday, saturday, sunday, my total sleep hours were near 8 or something. Same thing was up with him.

@dro so far I've been coding faster than anyone I've met. This includes seniors at work. Atm I'm working at ~7% speed. The work that is done here in 40hours of time, I could do comfortably in 4h

but I'm not because I'm not getting paid extra for that

nor do I get to home sooner if I finish early

if either of the 2 above conditions are met, I will code faster

until then, I'll do it at the same speed as everyone else
