I have so much stuff to do: learn more chess, learn more guitar, learning japanese, learning unity 3D, playing a lot of games, but I am doing nothing. :/
Android requires a valid surface for recording video (it's an annoying limitation of the MediaRecorder API). On Android 4.3, streaming with no SurfaceView is possible but not yet implemented.
