To me it doesn't look like spam, they are actually trying to help the users by pointing them to the support site for that product. Thanks for pointing it out. No need to spam flag, I'll take care of it

@bluefeet No, I can help the site in other things which I have a better understanding of. Doing something I don't understand isn't useful, so I stopped.
@DroidDev no, it's significantly different. If you don't favorite, you don't get notified about any of the comments /updates of the answers. A lot of relevant discussion takes place in the comments below the answers.

I have reserved the favorite tab for the questions I like, questions, that have knowledge which I'd like to take everywhere with me, from my office to my home or anywhere else. So that I can just login to SO account and see something code related that I like
