Showing rep gains in the top bar as separate numbers is silly and obnoxious.
Rep gains become super meaningless after 1k rep or so and the notification becomes obnoxious.
A positive rep change does not need any action. The point of top bar notifications is to make you aware of action you need...

As an active, non-moderator user, I'd like to be able to see some graphs of our statistics. Is there any way for me to acquire these visualizations of data?
