The connection customer funds, owns and maintains the electrical installation. The energy laws also require the connection customer to fund the premises connection assets that need to be installed or altered before the new connection or altered existing connection can be made. However, after connection, Ausgrid owns and maintains the premises connection assets.

10000 reps for a smallish donkey, you can't find a better deal anywhere else

@Telkitty I could give you 10k, but I'm sure you'll spend it on nonsense like Pokeballs or something.

user202362
Nope, not spending the 10k on anything, reps will sitting in my SE reps saving account

for a rainy day when the call to troll is too strong

7:48 AM
With all those CS GO skin betting sites gone now, perhaps we could set up SE-rep betting sites?

they're not gone what are you talking about

You missed the scandals and the results of the last few weeks?

@Bart Isn't that just bounties?

@JamesENL you may be on to something there

I bet you 100 rep that you can't satisfactorily answer my question

7:55 AM
@Bart No, I saw the flood of youtube videos on the subject. but that doesn't mean they're dead. there's still kids wasting their lunch money on gambling skins

@Quill They all have had cease and desist letters. Most of them are already offline, have disabled cashing out, or advise you to cash out asap.
They are on their way out, if any still remain

Oh, I missed the part where they all got cease and desist letters
also I didn't know you played csgo

Occasionally. Not as much since Overwatch though. But I try to follow most major tournaments and such.

I haven't picked up Overwatch yet, I hear it's like TF2?

@Quill I love Overwatch
It is very like TF2
I'd also turn straight for Tracer

8:00 AM
Yeah, it's very much like TF2. I like it. It can use further balancing (heck, CS still can use that). It's just very well polished
Nice variety of heroes with skills

maybe I should pick up a copy

But if you're like me, Tracer and Genji are not for you. :D I either get disoriented or run into a wall

I just looked up from my laptop screen to find that it's pitch black dark.... it genuinely made me jump

Haha, been there, done that
Add to that a robot head in one of my previous workplaces, which would just tilt to a side for no reason at some point in the middle of the night.

@Bart still better looking than my neighbours

@Bart did they had also limited power for the night?

@Derpy hehe, no, they were usually turned off. So there was no tension on anything and sometimes it would just "tilt" its head all of a sudden when something relaxed.

@Bart you should have added an hidden speaker somewhere that played the March of the Toreadors when the head moved.

:D We already had it sing, which was terrible enough

so. Just for fun. While doing some testing on an application, I suddenly started noticing an error "an internal error occurred in the microsoft internet extensions" pop up in the IE developer toolbar. The error traced down to accessing the "window.localStorage" property.
I restarted the machine, that was an Azure hosted VM
now, the problem is solved.
People around the net say that that error is due to corrupted local storage files...
so, why restarting the machine fixed that -_-?

10:13 AM
@Derpy maybe some sectors are corrupted while others are not, and files can span many sectors. So maybe it depends where the OS starts looking for the file?

@ShadowWizard don't think so. I think that there must be a service/component/demon/whatever that this "Microsoft Internet Extension" use, and that was the process that crashed/hanged/got stuck. I assume that this process isn't directly tied to IE, so it wasn't restarted by restarting the browser.

@Derpy interesting!

@ShadowWizard Oh, btw, the number in the race IS a reference to the guide, since another character ask her if she learned about races by reading the "Egghead's Guide to the races" right after noticing the number.
BTW, I would also want to point out that the original radio show was pretty clear on the intended nature of the question.

Three SE sites have more questions than answers: Cross Validated, Software Recommendations, and Health. For the former two, the excess of questions is by 1-2%; for Health it's over 20%.

user315433
On the opposite extreme, PPCG has 10 times more answers than questions. Well they aren't really Q and A, so maybe exclude PPCG. Then the leader is Worldbuilding with the answers/questions ratio over 4.6.

user315433
I guess we've established that fantasizing about imaginary worlds is easier than giving correct answers on a complex subject.

3:02 PM
We also established that "fantasizing about imaginary worlds" isn't to be considered "complex".
I think that the answer, if any, should be considering that Worldbuilding doesn't necessarily require knowledge of outside technologies that you didn't create.
Answering a Worldbuild question only requires you to understand your own mind, answering a question on an api requires you to understand the mind of the api creator.
I can't do either, but I would assume that the first one should be easier.

3:15 PM
Documentation syntax should be a markdown list right?
Mine is and it doesn't let me submit

You get an error?

Yep

Which is? And can you post the markdown somewhere?

I'm trying to figure out which line is causing it, wait...
Ah.
Optional<T>

user315433
@Derpy It may well be complex. The correct was another adjective I used. I can give a lot of answers on very complex subjects, if correctness isn't expected.

3:22 PM
Didn't escape brackets

What usually fixes it, is to add >20k spaces to your markdown

???

@ᴡᴏʀᴅs it depends on the definition of "correct". A sum may be correct. What is correctness when it comes up to a World building answer?

user315433
We don't know, and so we drop it, and life becomes easy and enjoyable.

they should just play roulette with the staff list and then pick two random people for each podcast

funny enough, there's an internal tool that tries to match random employees up on a monthly basis (3 per call I think?) just so folks talk to each other more often. Could just record that...
