Q: Notifications are broken

Patrick HofmanIt seems that since today most of the notifications are broken. With notifications I mean: Updated score on questions / answers; Edited questions / answers; Comments; Updates on own reputation in top bar; Notifications in top bar. Can this be fixed please? (Using latest Chrome on Windows)

Perhaps latest Chrome on Windows is to be blamed here

@ShadowWizard I just made it clearer because some users go to that post, read through it, and don't understand why they can't delete their own question which only has one answer that was not voted on at all — sometimes they don't realise that what's written above (you can't delete an accepted answer) is what's not allowing them to do so, since they don't realise that they're not deleting only the question.
But yes, it's rather trivial

@JNat I see. Considered adding something like "you can unaccept the answer if you want to delete the question", but wasn't sure it fits. What do you think?

I don't think that's needed. It's pretty straightforward now, I think, so that they'd get it from what's there
But we'll see if I keep getting tickets asking about that

true. Thanks!

If so, I'll edit that in

@JNat tickets? Like people using the contact form for this?? lol

As Linux kernels got more updates, more swears were used.
New versions add more swears, probably due to new features.
The more features you have, the more swears you have.
The more features you have, the better the kernel is.
Therefore, the more swears you have, the better the kernel is.
Therefore, we can help out the **CENSORED** Linux kernel by using swears.
The more **CENSORED** swears we **CENSORED** use, the better the **CENSORED** Linux kernel is.

I guess your answer is the best way of explaining it for someone who hates math. I would have said "Let $X_1, X_2, \ldots, X_{20}$ be indicator variables for correct answers on the 4-choice questions, let $Y_1, \ldots, Y_{10}$ be indicator variables for correct answers on the 5-choice questions, and define $C$ as the total number of correct answers. Then $C = \sum_{i=1}^{20} X_i + \sum_{j=1}^{10} Y_j$. Take expectations of both sides." =) — Michael 17 mins ago
