Anyone know when tag scores are recalculated? I know that the were lagging by days or weeks a few months back, but that was fixed so that they recalculate daily again. But I've noticed that they don't recalculate at midnight UTC, the recalculation seems to be around 4:00 UTC, but I don't know the exact time (is there an exact time?).

By adding that type of comments, he's dragging the op to communicate with him. Finally convince the op to accept his answer.

First comment on most of his answers would be "FYI added code and full explanation."

and later it will be deleted.

I didn't see this type of behavior on anyothers through out SE.

in the above answer, he put the comment at the last. But in most of the previous answers, he put that comment on very first.
