Mod messages should also be found in your actual email inbox unless explicitly not CC there

I don't know if any mods noticed (or if any action should be taken), but this user has spammed the site with several advertisements.

@ran - It wasn't a "real" mod message so I can imagine that the email CC notification was skipped...

@set - was the user removed already? I can't see any SO account...

There were a bunch of SSIS tag wiki (and excerpt) edits that copy-pasted the exact same thing from the main SSIS tag wiki. I voted to reject them all, but they all got approved. :/

I left a snarky comment about this one getting approved
