That OP is declining the answer while I really feel it is the best possible answer given the vagueness of the question. I think the question has some value (because I think it tries to find a base-guidance for how to suggest edits without to much declines) and with that the answer is solid. I would hate if the answerer removes the answer.

@rene didn't have chance to do that yet so I fear I don't really understand what the question is about, except something about review being bad. So can't really judge the answer, beyond the fact it's well written and most likely honest attempt to answer and help.
