I used green Thai curry, chicken, some onions, jalapeños, big pieces of pinapple (like two cubic centimeters each, I'd say) and a few small pieces of potato for starch because I can never remember to buy corn starch.

To celebrate your food I'm going to eat an apple. It's not even a red delicious. On your advice I've been trying new kinds of apples. I think this one is some kind of "crisp" variety but I wasn't paying that much attention. It's kinda yellow and red depending on the side you're looking at.
