Hooray for pineapple!

Marinating chicken now. Gonna sear it in bacon grease, then braise w/ onions, green chili and beer, then add browned hamburger and italian sausage. Maybe some beans, haven't decided yet. Finally, serve with seared chunks of pineapple and top with yogurt and cilantro

It's gonna be... Interesting.
