@Glorfindel employees can move answers around. I accidentally posted the answer on the wrong question (lots of open tabs with bugs here), so I used the opportunity to test another bug fix .... — m0sa ♦ 20 mins ago

@m0sa do you happen to know what sites has the Enter key disabled from submitting comments? Can make my answer more complete... :)

@ShadowWizard ja.so japanese.se korean.se and chinese.se have some extra enter handling
though, chinese still seems to have an old version of it enabled
the others only submit on enter if an IME is detected iirc
forwarded it to the dev that worked on that for review
