@Vic I've got an idea for a new RO policy. Everyone, let's vote on this. So, my new RO policy is this: An RO can be appointed if two-thirds of the active ROs agree. And these ROs don't need to be the oldest ROs. The reason I've changed my mind is this: Look, if we continue according to our old policy we won't be able to keep appointing ROs after we get to 7 ROs 'cause after then even if all of us (I mean me, you, and Ann) vote to appoint a new RO

The RO can't be appointed even if the other ROs also agree 'cause we'd no longer be a 50% majority.

And I haven't formed a secret voting cabal with 'em, it's just that they decided to approve this. Looks like you're approving this too. Anyways still if you don't approve this particular one we'll make changes to it so that everyone'll be satisfied.

And if you do approve this rule, a two-thirds majority will be required to appoint new ROs, and each and every RO will get to have a say.
