What is the probability that you find an engineer that works in the domain/programming language that you asked the question on && knows Hindi && knows the right answer to your question?
@Manjot there is a negative side to that, of course; in terms of both the audience to help answer the question, and the audience who can benefit on the long-tail, it is ... limiting.

well, this is meta.stackoverflow - it is pretty much everything SE/SO really, but also a hangout for the people who care enough about SE/SO to spend lots of time on meta

@Manjot Marc would know better than I. The last few times I glanced over the room list this past week, I didn't see anyone active there (which is why I assumed inactivity)
@Manjot - for that, there is English language & usage. A site on Hindi language and usage would be for people who want to learn or discuss the Hindi language.
@Manjot fine, then propose a site that is about "Hindi Language and Usage" - but what you really want, if I read between the lines, is "stackoverflow in hindi; a programming Q&A site in hindi".
(A bit of history: A bunch of users got suspended/banned from SO/SO chat for being gormos . So Manjot used the Tavern to ask programming questions. Then when he was told not to ask the same question over and over again. He created that room. )
