Q: How do I get attention for old, unfixed bug reports and feature requests without official responses here on Meta?

I posted a question here on Meta Stack Exchange, or on a per-site meta, regarding a bug I found in the system. I got no comments, or a few comments stating that this is a legitimate bug (and not by design). However, it's been quite a long time, and no official response was ever posted there. Or,...

Note that I was careful to not say "guarantee" or "ensure", and instead said "increase your chances".

@rene Your use of Chaos Control on this question is incorrect. The target asks if the other question is unanswered, while this question asks if the other one is answered, but none of the answers worked for the OP.

If anything, you should have used your Chaos Emerald on the target question to that to close it as a dupe of my question, which is worded better, and the answer to the latter is much better (it mentions things like putting a bounty and posting a new question if it's different enough, which the answers on the former don't say at all).

Problem: a one-page PDF file that fails accessibility checks, and few realistic prospects of making it pass the check (the software that deals with that kind of content doesn't support accessibility features). Solution: convert it to a PNG, an embedded image is fine as long as it has an alt text.

I've seen the mobile chat usability decline for my mobile browser but I'm using a FF version from 2011 or so and updates for my Nokia N900 have long ago been stopped.
