I'd like to apply a CSS transition to all properties apart from background-position.
I tried to do it this way:
.csstransitions a {
-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease;
-moz-transition: all 0.3s ease;
-o-transition: all 0.3s ease;
-ms-transitio...
Can a moderator check why I am question banned? I have had only positive interactions on MO for three months now, since I opened this question wit favourable rating: meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/183726/…. Am I possibly blocked incorrectly? Thanks anyone for checking this out.
@PieterGeerkens I only see 2 new answers on your account at +2 each since that question was asked. Moderators can only see a yes/no indicator of whether or not you're blocked, we can't tell how close (or possibly far) you are to being unblocked. With all the contributions you have, I can't imagine you're far off from that point though.
I was question-blocked in the spring, which then cleared. Since then I have had significantly more up-votes than down-votes. I guess my real question is: "Is it possible that I am being picked-up accidentally by an IP block?"
You're right, I can't figure out what would have caused the block to re-instate. All your deleted questions were deleted well before the original block was cleared, so they couldn't have further affected the block.
It must have just cleared, as it seems fine now. The message I was getting an hour ago was the (one I know well) "We are no longer accepting questions from this account. Please see ... for more information." Thank you for checking things out.
For those of you who don't know, a Hail-Mary pass is a maneuver in American Football which is executed late in a losing game, in the desperate hope that a miracle will occur.
On Stack Overflow, this often takes these forms (this is not a comprehensive list):
I have this highly obscure/obsole...
@AnnaLear Hrm, he was. I upvoted his question a while ago but I figured after a half hour maybe it didn't clear the block. Maybe I just needed to wait longer...
Nah... Now, I would have been too hasty with a close vote, perhaps... but I like to think that a couple close votes coming in to start can be sort of a 'shot across the bow' thing - especially one that a 1k'er should understand.
Hey - I hope thats right place to ask my question. I got a series of downvote from somone today: imgur.com/CuiIWz8 - what's the chance it will be automatically reverted and found by scripts ?
@GrzegorzKrukowski Yup; what @mootinator said. And if by some crazy chance it's not reverted in a couple days (sometimes takes 48 hours), let us know by flagging one of your posts and explaining in the Other field. In the meantime, I'm going to go look and see if someone needs to be spanked...
Oh, Amazon only lists Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories as PSP/PS2... I never realized they weren't released for other consoles... I just assumed.
GTA4.. meh, never really liked it on PC. Realistic car physics in a game like this are extremely annoying. Especially when driving using the keyboard instead of a controller.
Oh I thought Amazon stopped doing that "release-date delivery" thing because of that. They used to ship them early with instructions to the carrier not to deliver until the release date, but sometimes the carrier doesn't respect the request.
Now I only get my normal free 2-day shipping on pre-orders. :(
At least amazon.de ships pre-ordered music cds so they arrive on the release date - or often a day before
which is nice of course, since obviously everyone who preorders something will be extremely pissed (and rightfully so) if he gets it later than people buying it in a local retail shop
For your birthday, I'd be happy to send you e-mail with a subject line of "Answer." (To set up this free service, I'll need to know your birthday. And full legal name. And Social Security Number.)
Sort of a random question (and idk if this is the right place for it) -- does anybody know why this question appears to be tagged as both status-complete and status-declined? I would have thought the two states were mutually exclusive.
