I have a Meta question about a proposed redesign. Some parts of it, like tags, are applicable on all sites. Some, like the (IMO) incorrect/outdated bottom bar design, are site specific. Is it better to post this on the Ask Ubuntu Meta or Meta SE? I would feel silly creating like five or ten separate Meta questions for each proposed change, given that I feel they all go together as part of a redesign, but I'm not sure if it belongs on Meta SE or Ask Ubuntu Meta. Thoughts?

An invalid ATOM/RSS XML character issue popped again. I added an answer to the issue here meta.stackexchange.com/questions/220871/… This issue is tagged as status-completed. Does it mean it will not be looked-at and addressed (do I need to open a new post and reference this one) or what I already did is enough to get attention to it?

@LéaGris since it's fixed a long time ago, I think it's better to post a new report and referencing the old one to prevent being closed for the duplicate. Might also help to provide the link to the problematic post, if it's possible.
