Most of the hardware is fine, I think the HDD died and that's not even the system drive...

but for some reason fedora/KDE is acting funny, and I really only need X for the torrent client

@rene IIRC DMCA is only for copyright violations which this is not. This is a license dispute. And if you file a DMCA request you must state under penalty of perjury(!) that you believe it's a copyright dispute
