like I said, if it's the opinion of a a group of people after carefully analyzing the situation, then sure, a single mod can suspend someone and sign with the signature of the 'team'

@Telkitty assuming mods work alone. generally a suspension gets talked about

and some of the people we have to deal with can be seriously abusive or obsessive

Don't forget, we're volunteers and we do occationally have mods being stalked, or such
