@Sue I have an answer...

What's up?

Sue
A few days ago, Braiam said Frank = tree. Question: If Frank falls in the woods but there's no one around to hear it, does that mean Frank made a noise?
:)
Get it?

Does anyone see a fully-loaded datepicker here, or is it unstyled?

Not styled

Ugh

user259867
@AstroCB set the color on <a> element specifically. Your setting of white color is not specific enough to override the user agent.

@AstroCB if styled means that it has different colors for weekends, yes
btw, blue over blue... ugh!

@FamousBlueRaincoat I don't want it to be affected by any of my styling; it should be default jQuery design.
For some reason, it's not loading the jQuery styling.

[ SmokeDetector ] Bad keyword in body: How to Increases absorption rate? by slimasonya on drupal.stackexchange.com

@KevinBrown, @FamousBlueRaincoat, If it is a bad question then it needs to be flagged. That isn't a reason for edit rejection AFAIK.

user259867
@BardiHarborow The question has a critical issue: namely, it is not about programming. Your edit did not fix this critical issue. This is a valid reason to reject it.

4:03 AM
It was a bad question and I was trying to at least make it searchable.

user259867
Not appreciated.

@FamousBlueRaincoat, so it is preferable to flag rather than try to salvage?

user259867
You did not try to salvage. Replacing > with "greater than" does not make it a question about programming.

@FamousBlueRaincoat, I guess so, it simply makes is more easily searchable, so that in the event that it does not get migrated/closed it assists future visitors. The reject reason says "This edit does not make the post even a little bit easier to read, easier to find, more accurate or more accessible. Changes are either completely superfluous or actively harm readability." My edit attempts to make it "easier to find" and also cleans up formatting a little.
Just in case it comes accross this way, I'm not getting annoyed, I'm just interested in how to avoid this in the future.
it* across*

user259867
I do get annoyed by answers to OT questions, though... so -1.

4:32 AM
@BardiHarborow If it's salvageable, yes. Unfortunately in this case, the question should be closed as OT, so I'd say it's not salvageable.

Unless you could completely change the meaning, at which point it'd probably be rejected as a reply
Off topic*

fun fact: OT can mean either "on topic" or "off topic"

Instead of arguing about this some more, what is the takeaway from this? @Braiam, good point!
I am now officialy annoyed at @FamousBlueRaincoat: Should users be penalized for answering bad questions?

user259867
4:53 AM
Estimating when things will ship usually leads to eventual feelings of deep shame and self doubt. Now that that's out of the way: We're probably going to share the other part of the revamped user profile (the default for looking at your own profile) with Meta late next week. (We're testing it internally.) Once we get feedback on that, and make suggested tweaks, we'll ship both network wide. That probably translates to "sometime in March". — Jaydles ♦ 13 hours ago

user259867
Match 2016, I assume.

user259867
But if not... brace yourself for "people touched" stat in your profile, or whatever it'll be called this time.

Some one just asked me "Why do these people of Meta support the community so much, what does the community do ? Pay money ? ".. I am looking for a strong answer can any of you help me Please ?
@rene oh ok sorry I was just kidding by asking that question

@Computerone ultimately the sites in the network are useful to us on a daily basis. And I'd like to keep them as useful as possible, which means I'm interested in what goes on behind the scenes. That's my motivation really.

That is the truth bart

But you don't even have to Meta for that. There are plenty of users spending significant amounts of time in review queues or editing posts.

What is the actual meaning of Meta ??
And what does Tavern mean ?

I had a weird dream last night. In which I was taking holidays with my 3 other friends (real life friends). We were taking tours once morning and we went into a cave - a famous local tourist attraction & engraved on the walls were script(s) in an unknown language & it's supposed to be from aliens whom arrived here long long time ago. Then some time later (could be months or years) on a scientist/researcher found the meaning of the script & using that,

user202362
people found a small place nearby the main cave where people can be teleported to some where else using the script. And a test using a cat was successful. There there was some kind of disaster that threatened the existence of human race. So people queued to be teleported. A lot people have been teleported before it's found out that it's a hoax.

user202362
But then it's too late because in order to be teleported, the person must die on the transmitting end but on the other end, another person with the same conscious get created. But nothing really get created on the other end.

11:30 AM
tl:dr @chmod711telkitty is as weird as ever
