My debate instructor always makes off-by-one errors, like saying monday instead of tuesday, holding up 3 fingers while saying 4, saying there are 2 billion immigrants involved in the crisis in europe when it's closer to 2 million…
If you are past pset7, or at least have set up PHPMyadmin, you can access your PHPmyadmin databases outside of the appliance by going to ip.ad.dr.ess/phpmyadmin. How do I access my websites in vhosts from outside the appliance ?
Thanks,
David
Didn't get the normal "confirmation" email after reporting a non-attributing scraper through the contact form, did SE still get what I submitted ? Anyone experienced this before ?
what's the, umm..., normal method of dealing with a situation where a user cross posted their question on two sites, got an answer on one site and copied to the other site as a self answer?
@austinian Normally, that would be plagiarism, but because the most of that answer is a quote from a real source... I don't know :/ It's not really plagiarism..
@austinian I agree with @Ϻ.Λ.Ʀ. What's missing in the self-answer is attribution. You could leave a comment, asking the self-answerer to edit in attribution to the original answerer.
@ᔕᖺᘎᕊ, since when is quoting from an RFC that says at the beginning "Distribution of this memo is unlimited." plagiarism, especially when the source is included for attribution? Do I need to include the "Copyright (C) The Internet Society (1998)" for the attribution to be complete?
