on one of my profile pages, it says I have used 39 votes. when I ty to make a 40th vote I get a message saying I've used up all my votes and need to come back in x number of hours. why is this? this is the profile gamedev.stackexchange.com/users/25712/axrwkr

@gnat We have a million of those signs at our Election Commission. We covered them all up with sheets of paper that say "No Parking - Reserved" though...
