@awoodland I flagged that user's contributions as spam and requested moderator attention. I agree the netrowillh account is okay - he's upfront and contributing things other than links to his company. But Josh Mullingham feels spammy to me.
I just realized that (on meta) I have two bounties open, and still have the option to add more. A quick search didn't turn up any posts about meta's bounty rules being different. Does anyone know if this is intended behaviour?

It's saying I can have three bounties open at once, I see.
We now allow for up to 3 concurrent bounties per user.
We will be analyzing the effect over the next few weeks.
