I know many designers who are even afraid of templating languages. Either you make it so easy it's useless, or you still need someone who knows what they're doing.

I have a question. I've created a couple of tag synonyms in some less-frequented tags. Since the tags have lower traffic, I don't anticipate the synonyms will ever be voted on. Is it acceptable for me to just go and re-tag the offending questions? Or is that frowned upon?
Why can't 10k+ users suggest tag synonyms in tags that have very few questions?
Tags that don't have tons of questions yet (because they are new) are pretty difficult to manage, because nobody has enough rep to propose synonyms.

@RobHruska - is gorm how the grails-orm community really refer to it? would it not be better having grails-orm as the master tag and gorm as the synonym....i've done some rails myself but gorm never jumped out before

Hello, There is a question on stackoverflow in which I eventually solved the asker's problem. However, there was a lot of talk between the asker and me and it now looks more like a discussion than a clear question/answer.
I'm pretty sure some useful information can be salvaged from the page but I don't know where to begin. What should I do ? Flag it ?
