Strange, only three episodes left and the mayor still don't seem to have any role that may have justified exclusion from the original season poster.

About identifying the shades on the poster, I've updated giantitp.com/forums/… according to most of what Kinrah writes.

The status is this. [B0, E0] are unidentified but we see enough of them that they're almost certainly from future episodes. Kinrah guesses that [H3] is the sausage pony, which is possible but I'm not completely convinced. [B2, H2] are two shapes where we see too little of the contour to identify, but Kinrah has guesses. [H4] is unidentified, and is probably yet another pony, but I'm not certain that it can't be a part of [H2] or [H3].

And the Hooffields and McColts are identified as the groups [L] and [M], but not certainly individually identified, so there's a very small chance that a very few of them aren't Hooffields or McColts at all.
