Ok, so what's wrong with it?
 
the issue is that the calculation of true negatives only reflects fps for other keywords, but the calculation of all good reflects unreported posts as well

about this formula being correct? Yes.
Try this:
Specificity = 1 - (FPCount * CaughtCount / (TPCount + FPCount)) / (TotalCheckPosts - TotalTPCount * TotalCheckPosts / (TotalTPCount + TotalFPCount))
