When you do run pham, you need to make sure the chat windows have loaded fully before clicking the "start monitoring" button.

I'll have to check if FSF, if so, skip QB and A checking. That should fix the bug.

It only requires .Net 4.5 to run. And the dlls, config files, and obviously the term libs.

Which should all (except .net) be included in the repo.
