I can't make myself stick in a site with rate of one question every few days, and those already there can handle the few questions just fine, so feeling kind of "not very needed". Best bet for me would be if they'll have a meta site like here, there I might stay and actually do something.

hmm... or not. Tried now, site changed a lot, either I just visited it without account back then, or they wiped the early users when making changes at some point. Either way, if I'll decide to move there, I'll just create a new account. :)

That's an absurdly large time and energy investment

I've also shifted parts of my use of SO over to my own website. I have a TIL section where I add some stuff:tm: that I guess might have applications for other people. I don't really use it as much as I really wish though

But /shrug. We might be at a shift in how programming info is shared anyway, but I don't need to be involved in the shift. Being an early adopter has far more commitment required to make stuff work
