if I followed everything correctly she wasn't allowed back into the SO mod team when she asked for reinstatement. I think that made here want to show to everyone that she could organize enough of a crowd to be elected, so she decided to nominate. Of course that leads to issues within the current modteam but also with her as she knows she needs to work with a team that basically showed her the door.
She had posted things in the 2019 debacle that people remembered and those question came also back up. I know all to well how hard it is to keep your mouth shut when the mud is being slung at you. I personally think changing her name was to link back to 2019 was a wise thing to do but you can't redo that and she didn't ask me for advice so I don't know her motives.
What makes it difficult as well is that some of those posts are deleted on MSE so it is only possible for those with 10K and who know where to look to find confirmation / make up your own mind
It was a comment I asked on her nomination about her tendency to delete posts on MSO. I'm not a fan of that but her answer to me had credibility and a valid argument. Then it is only up to the reader if they believe and agree with the argument presented.
