@TheLittleNaruto it was just on saturday man. Got a sudden call, and yesterday was the last 6th round. They took 5 rounds on saturday. Today only they sent a mail asking for documents.

@DroidDev Yeah But it's full stack developer work not JFO work.

@TheLittleNaruto lol, interview was silly, unexpected, difficult as well (at some points), and at some points, I was thinking why are they asking me this. First round was objective type questions + one programming question. Second round was machine test. Third round was android (silly questions here), fourth round was system design (design retrofit, room(or any db), local cache), fifth round was with mobile lead but he wasn't well, so that happened yesterday again.

Sixth round, which happened yesterday was everything. Android, programming, DS algo, system design. Halfway through, I was like, "wtf dude, what do you want from this world?"

After this much, they're telling that I am asking for too much. Is that even possible, I mean, they should look at their interview process at-least

@Shree Many companies take 5-6 rounds usually. Although, at lenskart level, it is un-heard of.

@TheLittleNaruto but in lenskart, I'll be working on android only. Also, amazon didn't come back for second online test that I gave for them. It had two questions, I cleared 16 out of 22 test cases in one, and 14 out of 16 test cases in other.

@ShadowWizard its funny actually. He said there's no medicine. Go get a transplant. Though there's a blood platelet therapy, which will be effective between just 6 months, but once the body's usual function takes over, therapy's effect will die down. Typically that period is about 3-4 years.

@ShadowWizard transplant is kind of permanent. They just plant hair in your head, which grows like natural hair, but will be there for more time and won't be affected by body's natural function. I don't know why transplant isn't affect by body's functions, but that's what I have come to know until now. I'll be researching a bit more about it though.

@Dro India Reservation system became so complex now that it became top political advantage/issue/whatever for any party. So No government can really remove it at all. I think BJP played here intelligently at right time since election is near. They just modified existing one, now people who really need, they'll get the advantage too.

@TheLittleNaruto how I am thinking about it is, its just an election time drama. The bill can only be passed in next session of parliament, which will be after elections only. The limit of 8 lacs brings about 70% household under the umbrella. Although that's not the only conditions, but even if you consider all the set of conditions, only 20-30% of total population will be left out of it.

I am worried where this trend is going actually. I understand that nothing can be done to remove reservation. But, I think we should have gone the other way. Something like, you include this weaker section, but for every cast. And, people who are already getting this, if they don't come under that umbrella, they shouldn't get reservation.

@TheLittleNaruto haha, yes, that is one part as well. I had to take loans and pay for studies, although I was in same section until recently. And, now we'll be suffering from the other side of it. This reservation will be in jobs and institutes both.

I might sound a bit extreme here, but the philosophy of government has gone towards, if you are poor, you will get a job easily. Doesn't matter if you are a good fit for it. Other requirements are, if you belong to a particular caste or not

On the other hand, if you are actually working hard, but you don't fit under this criteria, well, you may as well go home and plan something else for your life.
