Do you have any idea about SEDE query for filtering unanswered questions having unvoted/unaccepted answers?

@Pandya hmmm, unfortunately unvote / unaccepts aren't in the SEDE votes table, so I can't tell.

@rene oh! ok. as we know questions having no upvoted or accpeted answer is considered as unanswered. So, I am just wandering if I can trance those answers and try to improve so-that can be voted and/or accepted and can be converted into answered!
