@Muze As for ban appeals, the process is documented on meta. Area51 isn't for feature request, they're for site requests. See feature-request if you wanna propose a feature. Time limits between questions are there to avoid repeated abuse. Post good questions and answers, you don't get limited as much. Or at all

@DoritoStyle using the "contact us" link might be more efficient. For post problems, flagging the post is better (+ more space to type)

All though > 50 (comments + flagging, assuming flagging comes at 50 or lower. don't remember) allows moderation in general. Leaving constructive comments and stuff

Didn't read @Muze posts here yet, but @Princess I think you should realize how that person waste our time in a near-trolling actions. This one is good example. Totally useless edit, done only to bump the question, probably to try and get more upvotes. That's VERY annoying and I gave that person way too much benefit of the doubt, which is now over.

I upvoted that question in the past when still having "faith" in that person, but now... not anymore.

heck, they even trolled the Moose hats events, with some useless crap.
