@ShadowWizard The fan was a problem from day 1 on this laptop... (I wouldn't recommend Toshiba for laptops as mine runs hot and a family member had the hinge break under normal use) Even if a new fan would help, on this laptop (and others I've come across) the cheapest new part I can find is $40. It'd be better to put that towards a new PC and retire my current laptop to server status. I'll vacuum it out and throttle the processor to keep heat down and hopefully get him up and running tonight :)
@ShadowWizard Purchased late 2012 I'm pretty sure; it shipped with Windows 8.0. It's on Windows 10 now and I've considered putting Windows Server 2016 on it (I do have the key :D).
And actually the reason I asked if you were around was I was going to ask if you'd ever seen a post on MSE listing sites, their db names, and their dump filenames.
But then I searched a bunch and didn't find anything so I told you nevermind.
Eh
It started as slightly more than site names, and remains slightly more than site names
Fundamentally, Oded's primary concern is that users are often confused about the name of the archive dump file for a site, because the archive filenames don't match the domain names any more for some of the renamed sites.
I guess my scope did expand a little, because recently I've been looking for other site info too, api names, domain names, db names and such
So yeah I guess it all just conveniently blends together. So i tried to think of what i could put in a faq proposed that would cover not just oded's issue, but other things i and others seem to wonder about as well.
There's a lot of info about sites (api stuff, sede, archives, etc) that at the moment doesn't seem to be tied together well or clearly documented. It's a good opportunity.
